This Policy applies only to the products and services provided by Xiamen Tongxing Newsouth Information Technology Co., Ltd. and the extended functions thereof (hereinafter referred to as “Newsouth Chinese”). If any product we provide has a separate privacy policy or contains special provisions in the corresponding user service agreement, the privacy policy of that product shall prevail. For matters not covered by that product’s privacy policy and user service agreement, this Policy shall apply.

d）Location Information: When you use location-based services, we are required to collect and process your location information.

V. Information Storage and Exchange
The information and data collected by this system about you will be stored on the servers of this system and/or its affiliated companies. Such information and data may be transmitted to, accessed from, stored, and displayed in countries or regions outside your country or region of residence, or outside the location where this system collects such information and data.

To enable essential functions such as receiving information, sharing content on third-party platforms, using map services, and playing videos, our application may embed software development kits (SDKs) or other similar applications provided by authorized partners. For example, if you use a Huawei, Xiaomi, or Meizu mobile device, the Huawei/Xiaomi/Meizu SDKs may need to read your device identifier and network-related information in order to deliver notification messages. If you use map services provided by Amap (Gaode), the Amap SDK will require you to enable location permissions and will collect information related to your device’s location, device identifiers, and network-related information.
We conduct strict security reviews of the application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs) through which authorized partners obtain information, and we enter into strict data protection agreements with such partners, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our authorized purposes, service descriptions, this Privacy Policy, and any other applicable confidentiality and security measures.
We may also collect your IMSI, IMEI, device MAC address, software list, device serial number, and Android ID for the purpose of determining your most recent login method, in order to facilitate your use of the login function.

VI. Access to and Management of Personal Information and Information Security
(I) Information Security
a) All accounts are protected by security safeguards. Please properly safeguard your username and password. We implement security measures such as password encryption to ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered. However, please note that no security measures on information networks can be completely foolproof.
b) When using this system’s network services to conduct online transactions, you may inevitably need to disclose certain personal information to transaction counterparties or potential counterparties, such as contact details or mailing addresses. Please protect your personal information with due care and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover any leakage of your personal information, especially the disclosure of your username or password for this system, please immediately contact this system’s customer support so that appropriate measures can be taken.
(II) How to Access and Manage Your Information

You may view information such as your profile picture and nickname through the “Me” section, and you may modify your nickname by selecting “Settings.”
b) Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account by selecting “Me” → “Settings” → “Cancel Account” and entering your login password. After your account is canceled, we will delete or anonymize the personal information that has already been collected.
VII. Miscellaneous
1. The execution, effectiveness, performance, and resolution of disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, such disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction at the location of the company for litigation.
